About the event

This rule, effective October 2016, mandates that Covered Entities shall not discriminate against patients based on race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability. The rule requires Covered Entities to update their policies to include nondiscrimination policies as well as a grievance policy and to train their staff accordingly. Not any real news in that.
